Its location in historic downtown Franklin provides a picturesque and inviting setting, drawing in a strong local literary community. The bookstore actively promotes author events, fostering connections between writers and readers, and creating a memorable experience for all attendees.
- The event fee is $250.
- All sales at the event will be split 60/40, meaning you will get 60% and Landmark 40%.
- The author is responsible for providing books for the event.
