WORKSHOPS FOR ASPIRING AUTHORS

This workshop is for serious writers who have completed at least one draft of a novel and aspire to someday publish their work, either  traditionally or independently. Whether you’ve completed one book or twenty, you are welcome!

Workshop Topic:

REVISIONS: FROM NIGHTMARE TO NEXT-LEVEL

Love ‘em or hate ‘em, revisions are a vital part of novel writing. If you find yourself in knots every time you need to dig into a round of revisions, this class is for you. You’ll learn to reframe the experience and approach it systematically, so that the process leaves you feeling empowered and productive. You might even end up loving revisions as much as I do!

ABOUT JILL

Jillian Boehme was known for many years to the online writing community as Authoress, hostess of Miss Snark’s First Victim, a blog for writers. She is an author of YA fantasy and science fiction, a freelance editor, and a staunch defender of the Oxford comma. In the past, she has been a choir director, a music teacher, and a singer with the Nashville Symphony Chorus. She’s been married to her husband for over three and a half decades and absolutely loves to encourage and inspire other writers.
