Casey Graham Byrd is a former labor and delivery nurse who traded in her scrubs to become a writer and a stay-at-home mom. With a soaring imagination amid the daily cacophony of toddlers’ voices, she entertains her children by creating silly songs in the bathtub and helps them discover enchanted new lands before bed. She has always believed that words contain all sorts of magic, and magic is what makes children’s books come alive. Casey currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband and her three young daughters. When she has a moment to herself, she enjoys knitting, photography, pottery, and picking up other hobbies.
