Fadocia Annette Nole Hall

Some of the best writing happens when you least expect it. When the words just come…when they flow from heart to mind…to pen and paper…or in Fadocia Annette Nole Hall’s case, the “Notes App” on her phone. Annette is co-producer of an outdoor adventure show, a former journalist, and now a published author.

First in a series of RockWater Books is Marley the Mustang, inspired by a wild horse no one wanted to adopt from the Cross Plains Wild Horse and Burro Center in Tennessee. Young readers are invited to go on a grand adventure, as Marley waits patiently to be picked. The story teaches children that it’s okay to be different… just like the wild mustangs.

Memphis the Mustang is the second to be released and is inspired by a wild horse, gathered from the Modoc National Forest in California. Untouched by human hands, Memphis quickly learns to trust his young trainer and, together, they discover their own unique path.

RockWater Books was born with the belief that children see the world in a wonderful way. Each book is inspired by a true story, written in rhyme, and concludes with an insightful life lesson. Annette continues to follow her father’s advice, “Always look for the adventure in whatever you are doing.”

She also writes www.keziahcarrie.com, an inspirational website for women, and she has many more manuscripts for adults and children.

When she’s not writing, you can typically find Annette with her family, their trusted and loyal rescue dog, and a “few” horses…including a treasured Chincoteague.
