Julie Wentz

Julie Wentz’s path to writing is illuminated by her deep faith. Her first book, “’Twas the Night Before Christ’s Birth,” emerged as an unexpected gift of inspiration, one she views as divinely guided to help children understand the true meaning of Christmas. As a mother, Julie has always strived to make Christmas magical for her daughters while keeping Christ at the center of their celebrations. This personal mission resonates throughout her work, as she seeks to help families balance the joy of holiday traditions with the profound significance of Jesus’s birth.

Julie’s diverse career background spans event planning, senior living administration, and hospice care—roles that have deepened her understanding of human connections and life’s precious moments. This wealth of experience infuses her storytelling with authenticity and compassion.

When not writing or sharing her message with young readers, Julie can be found hiking trails with her beloved dog Lexi, tending to her garden, or experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen. She is also the founder of Feed My Sheep Ministry, inspired by James 1:27, through which she continues her commitment to serving others.

Julie sees her debut book as more than just a story—it’s an extension of her ministry and her passion for helping children discover the true gift of Christmas: the birth of Jesus Christ. She lives in the Nashville, TN area where she continues to write, serve her community, and share the light of faith with everyone she meets.
