John Secor has published two volumes of poetry, Dessert du soir / Evening Sweets (Pippa editions, Paris) and Boomerang Girl (Trafford). This is his first children’s book. He retired as a professor of French phonetics from Morehead State in Kentucky, and now resides in west KY, around the corner from his partner.
