Ken has advocated and successfully received favorable jury verdicts and settlements for his clients for over 30 years. Ken graduated from Georgia Southern and Mercer Law School where he took interest and began working in personal injury, premise liability, and criminal plaintiff’s work.
As one of the founding partners at Nimmons Malchow Johnson Injury Lawyers, Ken’s practice includes personal injury, criminal, catastrophic injuries, train derailments, dog bite injuries, and premise liability claims. Ken is a member of the Augusta Bar Association.
