I grew up in a small town in Mississippi. As a teenager, I wrote many novellas in my 5-ring binders. I was always terrified of anyone reading and finding them. I went of to college and received my nursing degree, where I worked for 20 yrs before my health took a bad turn. I then became a work at home adult when I turned 40, after a massive lay-off at my company, I had to find something else to bring meaning to my life. So I picked up my old passion, with the support of my wonderful husband, and began writing again. A secret I kept all my life from those that know me. So here I am, just published my first book in February of 2020. I’m looking forward to what this year brings as I venture into my second novella.
