Rick Glaze published his first novel in 2009, “The Purple River” in 2021, and the short story collection, “Jackass” in 2022. Along with his new release, “Spanish Pieces of Eight” an upcoming delightful book is “Ralph and Murray.” Rick was a financial columnist in Silicon Valley for San Francisco’s Nob Hill Gazette and the Los Altos Town Crier. He attended the Stanford University Creative Writing Program, and is a graduate of Vanderbilt University. An award-winning songwriter, he can be heard on Spotify, and Pandora Radio, with credits on Country Music Television (CMT), and BBC Radio. Rick has rafted the Grand Canyon, the Salmon and Rogue Rivers as well as sailed throughout the Caribbean Sea always on the lookout for piles of gold and silver…you’ll understand when you read “Spanish Pieces of Eight.”
