Landmark Booksellers is proud to host signings, stock local authors, and connect Middle Tennessee writers with readers. Whether you want to schedule an event, get your book on our shelves, or simply learn how we work with authors, start here.
How signings work
We handle the books, the table, and promotion to our newsletter and social channels. You bring yourself and your readers. Most signings run one to two hours on a weekend afternoon, and we love to pair authors with our festivals and book clubs when the fit is right.

ACFW Mid-TN Chapter
The Mid-TN Chapter of American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW) is a welcoming community for Christian fiction and creative non-fiction writers, both published and unpublished. Members gather for fellowship to learn, share, make connections, and grow. Their next event is a December Holiday Gathering on Saturday, December 5, from 10am to 2pm at Woodmont Baptist Church in Nashville, with an online option. Attend in person to be entered into a drawing for a writerly prize (must be present to win).

Meagan Davenport
Meagan Davenport is a freelance copyeditor and proofreader originally from the Pacific Northwest, now based in Georgia (though Alaska Airlines is still her airline of choice). Her certificate in editing from the University of Chicago, BA in European Studies (History minor), and 20+ years’ business experience make the perfect Venn diagram for many a project. Her mission is to polish the written word while retaining authors’ unique voices.
Meagan specializes in Christian fiction (contemporary and 20th-century historical fiction); middle-grade and YA fantasy/dystopian; and nonfiction (spiritual growth; liturgy; British history, especially the Anglo-Saxon era; and the Inklings).
She is a gold member of The Christian PEN and a member of ACES, the Society for Editors. She also volunteers as a proofreader for The PEN Institute.
